Olov acquired his fundamental valuation skills in private equity/investment banking early in his career and has spent the last decade managing public equity, credit and global macro mandates at a multi-strategy asset manager.
Jean-David is a Director at NXMH, heading investments in the cryptocurrency space. His main area of focus is on developing the team and the portfolio capabilities of the firm. He currently acts as a board member at Bitstamp. Prior to joining NXMH, Jean-David spent most of his career in strategy consulting and corporate strategy roles with a focus on the consumer, digital, and technology.
Jan joined NXMH as an Investment Manager in 2019. He is focused on investments in consumer companies and engages in all aspects of the investment cycle, from deal sourcing through to portfolio company management.
Before joining NXMH, Jan was an Associate at J.P. Morgan focusing on M&A transaction in the Consumer & Retail space.
Jonathan is a Director and Board member at Whitebridge Pet Brands, and assists the NXMH portfolio companies on digital and supply chain matters. Prior to joining NXMH, Jonathan spent most of his career in online retail and in strategy consulting at the Boston Consulting Group.
Bert joined NXMH as an Investment Analyst in 2021 after completing an internship. In his current role, he focuses on investments in consumer companies and engages in all aspects of the investment cycle, from support in deal execution to portfolio company management.
Before joining NXMH, Bert acquired deal experience working as an intern at Degroof Petercam in investment banking.
Sang Min joined NXMH as an Accounting Manager in 2019. He analyzes the financials of NXMH and portfolio companies and performs risk assessments in the financial reporting process. He further oversees compliance related to audit and tax as well as manages financial reporting to stakeholders.
Prior to joining NXMH, Sang Min served as an audit manager at KPMG Korea and provided assurance & consulting services to various companies in the consumer, automotive, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. During has career at KPMG, he was seconded to KPMG US for two and a half years where he worked as a senior associate in the Atlanta office.
As a Tax Manager at NXMH, Ohhwan manages tax policies to ensure compliance with all tax obligations as well as develops tax strategies to mitigate potential tax risks in the group. In addition, as part of the finance team, he supports financial reporting to stakeholders and controlling financial management in the company.
Before joining NXMH, Ohhwan worked as a manager at EY Korea and EY China and provided professional tax advisory services regarding global group restructuring, tax planning and cross border transactions for various multinational companies.
Agim joined NXMH as a Senior Accountant in 2020. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting. He is in charge of the accounting of the Belgian entities.
Before joining NXMH, Agim worked at a renowned trustee where he was in charge of more than fourty major clients.
Caroline has worked as an Office Coordinator at NXMH since 2020. She is proficient in managing the flow of the office creating processes and systems to enhance company operations. Before working at NXMH, Caroline worked as Digital Recruiter in the Human Resources industry. She started off her career as a Personal Trainer.
